What makes our program better then any other is that we not only train our athletes within their specialized sport, we also train them as a boxer and we see much better results than if only the sport specific training is used. When boxing training is used together with sport specific training, we have seen a higher increase in the athletes stamina, core strength, upper body strength, eye-hand-foot coordination, reaction time, balance, speed, quickness, agility, confidence and many other ingredients that make up the ULTIMATE PERFORMING ATHLETE. ACCELERATE (formerly TurboBox) – 60 minutes

60 minutes of non-stop cardio boxing action!  Burn up to 1,000 calories!  A fast paced, high energy boxing class focusing on quick and explosive movements to get you sweating and burning calories – FAST!!  This class will increase your stamina and endurance, as well as tone and shape your muscles. This class will FORCE you out of your comfort zone and make you WORK.  Hand wraps, boxing gloves and exercise mat are required, a towel is recommended. Please show up 30 minutes prior to start of class if it is your first time.


SHOOTING LANE RENTAL – 30 minutes – 60 minutes

Two 27′ shooting lanes built specifically for The Boxing Rink™, featuring a unique construction of dasher boards, dryland flooring tiles, custom built shooting pads, and NHL regulation goals – all to help improve the performance of our athletes. Lanes are available for half hour and hourly rental.


BEGINNER 8 WEEK BOXING PROGRAM (ages 9-adult) – 60 minutes

This program will teach the basics of boxing, and moving into more advanced movements and combinations such as hooks, upper cuts and punches to the body. Traditional boxing drills will be incorporated to increase cardio vascular strength. You will learn footwork drills to improve balance, how to bob and weave, catch punches and slip and roll. Focus mitt training and heavy bag drills will be incorporated into training as well. No sparring will be done in this class! Wraps and gloves required.


This picks up where the beginner program left and must be completed to register. This class is run like an open boxing gym. No sparring will be done in this class! Wraps and gloves are required.


PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS – 30 minutes – 60 minutes

Personal Training is available with a variety of trainers. An assessment will be done to discuss your goals to determine which trainer bests suits your needs. Personal Training with Mike Martelli: Each 60 minute session will include multiple 2 to 4 minute rounds of mtt work,i combined with traditional boxing and kickboxing drills – with short periods of recovery – mixed with bodyweight supported exercises such as mountain climbers, push-ups, planks, air-squats, etc., followed by a kick sequence that will – well, kick your butt. Please allow extra time for your first session for your health assessment, completion of paper work, proper hand wrap instructions, and to discuss your fitness goals.

For those new to yoga, this class is teacher guided, taking the fear out of not knowing where to go. For experienced yogi’s this is a true fast paced class with lots of heat and movement, combined with longer holding, slow burn postures, bringing you the best of both yoga worlds! The room is heated to 90+ degrees. Mat is required, towel recommended.


This method of yoga follows a series of postures while syncing the breath – a process that produces intense internal heat, detoxifying the muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Ashtanga series classes are a great way for beginners to learn the postures of yoga to prepare for Vinyasa Flow. Room is moderately heated to 80-85 degrees. Mat required and towel is recommended.


An intensive calisthenic style class, with yoga opening and closing postures – with a high energy workout in between for full body toning and strengthening. Room is heated to 90+ degrees. Mat required, towel recommended.


A slow moving, primarily seated class, with restorative, longer holding postures – allowing you to move deep into your connective tissues and aid in myofascial release, focusing on opening the hips, sacrum and spine. Deeper, longer flowing breath allows you to relax into the postures, softening the muscles. The room is moderately heated and is a comfortable 70-75 degrees. Mat required and towel is recommended.


Have your own private heated oasis for one hour! We will set the temperature to your liking, you bring your music and connect to our system, and you can flow, meditate, lay in shavasana – wherever your practice leads you – for 60 glorious minutes.
