Our Fusion program is available to the public, and offers a mixture of cardio boxing, invigorating, strengthening and restorative yoga to fuel your body and mind. Fusion is designed to provide a well rounded fitness, health and wellness program to create and maintain a better YOU!
60 minutes of non-stop cardio boxing action! Burn up to 1,000 calories! A fast paced, high energy boxing class focusing on quick and explosive movements to get you sweating and burning calories – FAST!! This class will increase your stamina and endurance, as well as tone and shape your muscles. This class will FORCE you out of your comfort zone and make you WORK. Hand wraps, boxing gloves and exercise mat are required, a towel is recommended.
This vigorous, high energy, fast paced, HIIT (high intensity interval training) yoga class will kick your fat burning into high gear! Effective and efficient without wasting a minute of your time, set in the heated yoga studio to aid in detoxification and rejuvenation. Your cardio endurance and strength will be put to the test, and all those burned calories will be nothing but puddles on your mat. Room is heated, mat required and towel is recommended.
DeyogaFlow is a true, fast paced class hot vinyasa class with longer sequences, lots of heat, movement and fun! Class is teacher guided and welcome for all levels! Room is heated, mat is required, towel recommended.
DeyogaSculpt is so much more than yoga! Utilizing the benefits of heat and ujjayi breathing – class begins and ends with yoga postures. In between is where the magic happens – an all-over body work out of compound exercises, incorporating body-weight, hand weights, medicine balls, weighted bars and more, to maximize your time and effectively and efficiently shape, tone, sculpt and burn calories. Room is heated, mat required, towel recommended.
DeyogaStretch is designed to be a restorative class, giving you the recovery you need with any exercise program. Beginning by cultivating the breath, yoga warm ups and body openers, then moving into a smooth flow of “slow burn” style postures, mixing in longer holding Yin postures throughout, making this a “Yin-in-motion” style class – allowing you to move deep into your connective tissues and aid in myofascial release, focusing on opening the hips, sacrum and spine. Deep, longer flowing breath allows you to relax into the postures, softening the muscles. The room is heated to aid in relaxation and detoxification. Mat required and towel is recommended.

Before I began taking classes there, I didn’t know anything about Boxing or Yoga or even Circuit Training in general. In fact, I wasn’t even really physically active.
